How many lauches at the strip did it take to blow up your 10-bolt?
Thought I might collect data and make up a list.
How many lauches at the strip did it take to blow up your 10-bolt?
What gear in the rear?
Did you powershift?
Did you have a reinforcement cover?
What type of tires were you on?
Was it an Auburn or a Torsen?
Break anything other than the rear?
What broke in the rear?

Mods to car at that time: SLP LT headers, ASP UD pullies, Whisper MAF ends, descreened and ported MAF sensor, cut down EGR tube, FTRA, BMR LCA's, STB and APHR, Star POS Stage 3 Kevlar clutch, K&N filter, Direct-flo lid and think that is about it. To top it off I race at Bandimere which is at 5800' so I'm down on powered by lot compared to sea level. High 13's and low 14's is what I recall running on the day I busted the posi.
