KDD's and clearance issues/longtube issues????

KDD's and clearance issues/longtube issues???? How well do these SFC's get along with lowered cars and Longtubes? I have heard one of the bars need to be cut when running longtubes. How bad are they on lowered cars?? I'll be running a prokit. Thanks

Re: KDD's and clearance issues/longtube issues???? I have KBDD, FLP's and LG springs. Everything fits fine, but I do scrape pretty often with either the headers, safety loop or some other part.

Re: KDD's and clearance issues/longtube issues???? I'm not running lt headers yet but I plann to and I have the Eibach prokit and KBDD SFCs they seem to scrape but usually my y-pipe scrapes first. I've got a friend running the same setup with FLPs and he doesn't seem to have any problems over speed bumps. Hope this helps.

Re: KDD's and clearance issues/longtube issues???? I have the SLP and Y-pipe and the left side of the Y-pipe is real close and I suspected it might hit when the engine torqued. I dinged the y-pipe a little just to be sure.

Re: KDD's and clearance issues/longtube issues???? I have the KBDDSFC's and my stock y was really close and hit sometimes. Now I have the TTS long tubes and all kinds of clearance. The TTS y-pipe is 3 inches or so away from the sfc's. My car is not lowered but the sfc's don't hang down.
