Rear End Making Clunking Sound?...
It only happens when I floor it and when it finally hooks up; I hear one loud CLUNK from the rear of the vehicle. It has about 54k on the odometer, if that helps. Any thoughts on what it might be? TIA

Do you have the Torsen unit? You may have excessive play in the rear due to the wearing of the differential. Take your car to a reputable rear end shop and have them take a look. Might be time for a new OEM take out posi unit from SLP. They're a great buy at only $99!

Check your tranny mount, It is very hard to tell unless you jack the car up high enough for you to get up under and then put a jack under the tranny and jack it up and see if your mount seperates. <img src="images/icons/wink.gif" border="0">
