gear and tire size??

gear and tire size?? i am going to have about 500 hp and was wondering what the best combo was as far as tire height and gear, ill be spinning it to about 7k and have a turbo 350 with the regular gearing, should i go with 4.11's and a 29" tire or 4.30 with a 28" tire?? just wanted to know what yall found out through experiance and what yall had to go through for the best et...
not worried about gas mileage, mostly car about et and if it can get me to my work which it less than a mile away!! thanks again, dwayne

Rule of thumb in my area has been a 4.10 for a 28" tall and a 4.30 for a 29" or 30" tall tire. If you are using NOS then drop it down to the next ratio.
I ran a 4.30 and a 29" tall goodyear last year on 225 shot, and this year a 4.10 on the same tire with a 2 stage NOS system and hoping for 8's this summer.
