Basically, its a rubber bag you put in your rr spring. You can adjust in to a certain psi too. It keeps your car from squatting down&right when you are launching.....like all f-bodies do. Aids in traction too <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

I believe it's used for trying to keep the car at a level launch from the front. Most of the ls1 cars tend to want to pick up from the drivers side first so I just run about 15-17 psi in mine to try and plane it out when launching. It does help traction a bit to...
