If i wanted to go with 373's would I need a 4 series carrier my current I believe is 273's with 2 series........

depends if you got abs and tcs. I think you need a 3 series if you only have 1 of those. I don't quite remember.

You can get the thicker 2 series 3.73s from Richmond.
