Default Rebuild an Eaton Posi or toss it?

Just wondering what I should do here. And who/where can rebuild one?

New $530 for 3 channel and 33 spline. Is this worth it to do I can still re-use my ring and pinion or change the gear ratio down to 3.73's.

Hmm.

Thin 3.73 gear set = 200.00

Factory Eaton clutch rebuild kit:
Fiber = 58.00
Steel = 95.00

Rebuilding an Eaton is near childsplay once you are in the differential. I normally charge 50.00 to do it, it takes so little time.

You can run a "Thin" gearset with that carrier, if you are currently running the 4-series carrier.

All I know is due to Moser not tightening down most of my 12 bolts, one popped out and took out the reluctor ring. Now we've since welded a new one on and I think the Posi got damaged with that loose bolt flying around inside the carrier.

I could be wrong, but it does not feel right backing up it's intermittent no matter left side, right side which leads me to believe there may be an issue with the Posi.

I am at a loss for right now as to what the issue is. Never been on a slick, never launched over 4200 and I will be damned it left Moser with loose bolts.
