Default 3rd Gen axles in a 4th Gen Rear???

Can it be done? I know they are 1.5in shorter per side. I do not need ABS or TCS. Thanks.

No, the brakes won't line up when you have the c-clips installed.

Why would you need 3rd gen axles in a 4th gen rear? Just curious. I was thinking maybe you wanted to go a cheaper route of shortening the axle/tubbing the car? You could always just use the entire 3rd gen rear end. Should bolt right up.
