It all depends on your setup and what you want to do with the car. I have 3.73s now but just ordered my 12 bolt with 4.10s. Should be good for the drag strip but not so good for the highway.

I'm not worried about gas mileage or anything...
The reason I was thinking 4.10's is maybe so I could get a little closer to my power band...
Like my cam is a 3500-6500 and my stall is a 4200, so it seems like 4.10's would go well with my setup, but I don't want to make a mistake. I'd like to know what other people have experienced from doing this sway.

There is a small gain with 4.10s over 3.73s. For drag racing, 4.10s are the way to go; for a daily driver most stay with 3.73s. You'll see .1 - .15 drop in ET and 2 mph gain by switching to 4.10s from 3.23s.
You'll need good tires. When I went from 3.23s to 3.73s I had that converter and traction became a real issue. If you are thinking of going bigger than 26" tires, you'll want 4.33s.

ive got 4.10's and the same pt4200. its a good combo. i cant comment on the gas mileage difference as i bought the car like this but its been 10.80's so it must be a good setup. its at 2200rpm or so at 60mph with a 26 inch tire so its not much worse than when i had 3.23's.
