Default gears vs gas milage ?

I have a large cammed SS and I'm wondering if I will gain or lose gas milage with 4.10's. Its not a big deal, I've just heard different things. Can anyone clairify ?
Thanks

Going from 3.42 to 4.10 shouldn't hurt too much... you'll maybe lose 2mpg.
