Not worth winning a silly race while risking a high dollar ticket/jail time, hitting a deer, someone pulling out in front of you, somehow losing control, etc. I'm definitely getting 4.10's soon, I mean, not only will it will make me quicker, but keep me away from the really high speeds. High speed road racing isn't worth risking your life, or the lives of others just for a quick thrill IMO.
well put

Go 3.73's. 4.10's are better but looks like you want more speed. But with 3.73's there is a small difference unlike 4.10's. I installed 3.73's in my friends SS and I thought it was pretty good, I liked it. But I have 4.10's in my Z and use MT DR full time I cannot picture high speed with those gears. Your eng will be sceaming.

One of my friends at my old base had the same question. So he conducted some research. Both cars were 2002 Z28's same color both six speeds damn near identical mods. It came down to driver. The driver with the 4.10's would blow his tires giving my friend a chance to keep up. The difference wasnt that incredible. From a roll or from the dig the 4.10 won but not by much.

Off subject though. Im in Crete and Swedish girls all over man! Very nice! I may have to roll up to Sweden some time. I made a few friends and they insist I vist some time. Where should I go? The girls say Gothenburg??? They say Stockholm aint as good. They dig the SS. Laters

i have two camaros, one has 4:10's as a SINGLE mod, and the other has lid/filter and catback and thats it. i dont really feel a huge difference between the two, but that is a moot point.

anyways im sure youll loev the 373's take it easy.
