difference going from 3.23's to 3.73's in A4 ?

Default difference going from 3.23's to 3.73's in A4 ?

I'm thinking of putting 3.73's in my car and right now i have 3.23's
Will i be able to tell a pretty good difference? Thanks for any help !

I switched from 3.23's to 3.73's and prefer the stock gears for street driving. But with that said, the 3.73's do help the car pull stronger on the top end.

Coming from someone who has done that swap, just buy a converter and be done with it.

My gears = .1 drop in ET
My converter = .6 drop in ET

Which would you rather have?

That said, I'm sure that the 3.73's in my car go a long way towards taming this stall converter.

If I could go back and do it again, I would have left the 3.23's in the car, and just done the stall back then.
