Default gear choices for 12 bolt

is there a ratio between a 3:73 and a 4:11 for a 12 bolt rear?

3.90's rock.

I didnt want to go too deep and scrub MPH potential and didnt want to go too short and kill the shift recovery point.

A first gear ratio of right about 10.5:1 is perfect. This combo will yield 10.37:1...... 9.9 for the 3.73 and....... 10.9 for the 4.10.

i had a 4.10 in the 10 bolt before i got the 12 but traction was an issue. sometimes the tires would let go going into third if i was driving hard. ive got a 12 bolt now and alot more power i went with 3.73's for traction but am kinda missing the punch the 4.10 had.

I choose the 3.73's also and like them. Pulls great and still decent gas mpg. I want to go with a turbo or supercharger so I did not want to low of gear for that reason also.
