Measurement needed for drive shaft for 6 speed & Moser 12-bolt
Just called in my order for a new 3.5” steel drive shaft from BMR and the usual guy who knows the measurements happens to be on vacation. He said they need the measurement from the output seal on the tranny to the center of the rear u-joint on the Moser. Only problem is, my Moser is still on order, and I don’t have it yet… Anyone out there who can help? Don’t know if it makes a difference, but it will have the 1350 yoke on the 12-bolt. Also- does anyone know the correct u-joint I will need?
Thanks
Thanks

almost positive u joint is napa #447, and if u have the stock driveshaft and never changed the u joints u will NEED to have it pressed out with at least a 10 ton press....took 10 tons to get mine to move

I can get you a PST 3.5" aluminum driveshaft that is rated at 1200 hp in the right length, equipped with the correct U joints for the Moser 1350 yoke for $399.99.

Thanks Bob, but I've already ordered it... I took the measurement last night with my stock 10 bolt and came up with 43.75". Does anyone know if the moser is the same dimension from the center line of the yoke to the centerline of the axle as the stock 10 bolt?
