Gears on a 02 WS6 A4

thinking of doing a gear swap on a 2002 WS6 A4. What gear ratio and brand do you guys think is the best. I have always heard for A4 LS1s 3.73s and heard that OEM GM gears are best.

SLP claims to be the queitest, for everything including a programmer,,, you'll be looking around 900 bucks from SLP. 3.73's are the way to go for you

What are your stock gears? Do you have the optional 3.23's? Either way, if you don't already have a torque converter I would recommend that way before gears.
