What diff comes in the 01 SS's?
 

I just installed a rear from an 01 SS and was wondering what diff they come with.
It looks like my old Zexel/Torsen but feels a bit different when getting on it while cornering.

I think it really depends on the RPO code that was on the door. My 01 WS6 (auto) came with the 3.23. (GU5) I would think that most SS's came with the same gear.... or possibly the 3.08 (GU4). If you are still unsure, you could use a RPM calculator to figure out the gear ratio based on what RPM your turning at what speed.

Well, it has 3.42 gears (6 speed car), but I was wondering what posi unit the SS's got.

Zexel stock. Auburn as an upgrade!
