i'm not 99% sure it will bolt right in. If its the same as swapping a 10 bolt from one to the other that is. I took a 10 bolt from a 94 z28 and put it in my 02 z28 with no problems. The only thing i had to swap is my backing plates so the LT1 rear would accept my LS1 brakes.

The backing plates are different. So to answer your direct question: no- they will not bolt right up. You will have to have the bearings pressed off, then swap backing plates so your brakes will fit, then pressed back on with the LS1 plates. Also, I believe the LT1 backing plates have an additional spacer there on the 12-bolts that is not required for the LS1 plates.

The TA required using a LS1 case with LT1 gears for the strange 12 bolt. Its been an 'iffy' set up with some vibration reduced by welding on a fabbed crossmember. Haven't torn it apart yet to see how well it fit but I know there was a battle to get them to bolt up, I'm not confident the gears are going to hold up much longer.
