Default So I'm thinking about 4.10s

Well, I've thought about my next bolt on for some time now, and living in CA really makes it more difficult to find a good performance for the price one done legally.

I've decided against longtube headers because of emissions.
I've decided against a CheaTR cam because the gain isn't really great for the price paid (I would need a shop to install it).
I've thought about a 75 dry shot, but am still uncertain about that.

So now I think I want to just get some 4.10s. It'll make the car seem peppier, and I'll still get decent gas mileage as long as I don't stomp on it constantly (I hope).

I don't track the car, and don't street race, but I just want it to feel a little faster. Would gears be a good way to go? Any particular brand to get, or vendor? Anything other than just the gears themselves needed?

Thanks in advance.

it sounds like gears are a good idea for you.
get yourself either some Richmond gears, or any GM gear (ie. GM Motive, GM Strange, etc.). you are also going to need an install kit. i'm sure that you'll be able to get gear oil and additive from whoever installs your gears.

good luck, and enjoy!
