Default High Pitched Squeek From Rear on Right Side

Theres a high pitched "EEEEEEEEE" noise coming from my right side rear anytime the car is rolling. The noise goes away as soon as I apply the brakes 70% or harder but resumes as soon as i let off. My first thought is wheel bearings, but after some searching and reading, it could be the rear rotor. Whats your opinion? Any other trouble shooting suggestions? I also had the car on jack stands in the rear with the front wheels on the floor and placed the car in drive, the right wheel still makes the noise without any weight on it, as the brakes are applied (the noise does decrease somewhat with this method).

Thanks Everyone for your time...
