Default Moser 12 Bolt 4.10's or 4.30's?????

Which would you chose and for those who may have the 4.30's how is the drivability with these. My car is more or less a sleeper for the street with occational track time's to back it up. Anyway, how are the 4.30's? Thanks guys, getting ready to purchase one next month and can't decide which to get.

I have the 4.11 in my Moser. Car revs real quick and 6th is actually used now on the highway. 5th gear at about 70MPH is at like 3K rpm. If you only goto the track occasionally and drive the car around alot I would go the 4.10, 4.30 would probably annoy me. But that just me.

bd mnky,

My 4.10's were ok but I loved my 4.56's. I got 24 miles to the gallon on the Highway running at 80 mph at 2,400 rpms with the 4.56's. <img border="0" alt="[devil]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_devil.gif" />

The 4.56's were great on the street for me. <img border="0" alt="[hail]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" />

I now have 5.14's. All I can say is WOW! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" />

With 4.30s I am curious what rpm 70 mph is in sixth? I usually cruise the highway from 70-80 mph and would like to know what rpm I would be turning.

When I do my 12bolt and I am contemplating your very same question. Ah - 4.10 vs. 4.30

If you go with the 4.30s please give an update on what you think.

Mike

4.56's are awesome in my M6. Go as big of a gear as you can is now my motto <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> Come spring I might just go even bigger, for now my goal is to redline 4th at the traps <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Oh this is also my daily driver <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />
