Is the rear end jacked up? If so try holding the car up elsewhere and letting the rear hang down, thats what ive done to get it in easy.

Yes we tried that. There are big rads that needed to be ground off and we are useing the second set of holes in the torque arm.The bolts go thru the top but not the bottom.the car is on jack stands with the rearend on 2 jacks. Thanks

Just grind off what you have to. We don't normally have any problems fitting torque arms on the Moser 9 inch rears, but occasionally it does have a slight interference. Bob

Now that the torque arm fits on the moser housing,it looks like the rearend sits 1.5 inches back too far with one control arm on.the other control arm is 1.5 inches away from hole. How can this be?Is the torque arm too long?why? It fit on the old stock rearend no problem.Moser housing is supposed to be direct replacement. The control arms are also BMR.Has anyone else ran into this problem?

Can you post some pictures? The Moser 9 inch is indeed designed to be a direct swap. Bob
