how long will stock tranny last w/heads and cam?

Default how long will stock tranny last w/heads and cam?
should i get a built tranny first? or will the stocker hold up w/a shift kit and cooler? it shifts fine now even on the infamous 2/3 shift.

If you get a good cooler, deep pan, and change the fluid often you'll be suprised how durable the 4L60E can be.
