What rearend does a '00 maro SS come with?
Is it a 10 bolt?

would it be safe to run some BFG street slicks? with a Mcleod Clutch? will it blow the rear?

my bad, I'm an A4 guy and in my 1st response I didn't even take into consideration that you could be a M6 in which case you would of had 3.42's.

But, I see from your sig you have 3.73's and a lot of power. With drag radials you should spin before you break anything, but I'm not promising anything. Let me put it to you this way, your 10 bolt is on borrowed time. <img border="0" alt="[bomb]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_bomb.gif" />

Ever hear the phrase pay me now or pay me later? If you read on here, you'll see a lot of guys with broken 10 bolts. I just put the moser 12 bolt in mine, I figured I might as well put one in before I break the old one. And with the way your sig looks, I wouldn't try it with that stock one. But $$$$ is a issue. But I was wondering cause I want to go as far as I can, before I break it. till i get the 12 bolt.

stick a t/a cover in there with bolts to help out.not sure how long would last with that kind of power you have at least wil <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> l help little bit.
