It did not tell me much

Right now the with 3:73 on 275/35/18= 70MPH = 1600 RPM's

I want to know at 70MPH what will my RPM's be with 4:10's

between 1800-1900 RPM's at 70 according to the gear calc and your tire size.

damn im about to put 4.10s in my car now. The stock 3.42s in my car @ 2000rpms is 90mph that sucks im going to loose that much :( Well is going to keep me from speeding! My car cruises sp good @ 200rpms and every time i go somewhere im doing 90 in a 65 -70mph zone LOL So now that will put me around the speed limit lol. I wanted 3.90 gears but i got 4.10s for free

If the only thing you're changing is gears, then all you need to do is multiply your current rpm by 4.10/3.73 to get your rpm with the 4.10 gears. So if the 3.73s turn 1600 RPM @ 70 mph, the 4.10s will turn 1600 x (4.10/3.73), or 1759 rpm, @ 70 mph.
