Default Did a search, but i need more help

What would I need to completely swap a rear end from a 1994 v6 with drum breaks into my 1994 Z28?

And how much would this cost?

thanks

why not go with a rearend with disc brakes??

just wondering not bashing or anything.. just seems like a little better way to go and the 10bolts are super cheap...

A guy I know is parting out a V6 and I can probably get the rear end for under $100

I already replaced my 4.10's once and they are making noise again. So I figure if they break again it would be nice to have a spare rear end to put in.

But if this is going to cost me more than a V8 10 bolt then ill forget it. That’s why I’m asking

I don't think you would need anything...it should be a direct bolt on, difference being that the V6 rear will not be a posi diff.
