Default 9 inch ford rear end swap 87 to 98

please help i have a 87 i rock z28 with a 9 inch ford rearend this rearend is in great shape the car was bought for the motor and trany i am wonting to no if i could get it to fit my 98 z28 i am gonna have rear end problems the way i drive my car now .how hard will it be to get it to fit or will it just bolt rite up and what about the disk breaks set up i am new to the car and dont no much about this stuff please help

knooks stainless long tubes w/y pipe with cut outs
ls6 clutch
blue maxx 90 tb ported by vengence
fast 90 mm intake
slp lid
hooker performance mufflers
411 gears with factory rearend
dyno jet tunning
asp pulley belts and bolts
vengence racing built this car i dont no what all they did to it bought the car as it is. i no they left the bottom end stock

The width and the brakes are going to be the two things to look into. Measure the width of that rear and compare it to the one in your 4th gen. You may need to use the brakes that are on the rear, you will just have to see if your fourth gen brakes will bolt up, as it is hard to say how they set it up for the car. Bob
