I have 4.10 in my Z28. By far one of the best SOTP mods I have made. I haven't been to the track yet with them because I had them installed over winter. I've heard estimates that say you'll shave as little as a tenth off your ET all the way up to a half second. The biggest thing is to be prepared for MAJOR traction issues once you have the gears installed. You will want to do LCA's (with relocation brackets), and Panhard mods to help reduce wheelhop. You are also going to want to replace your shifter. With the 4.10's you are going to wind up really fast and the last you want to do is miss a shift. How far are you from MD? Jason at F-body Central www.fbodycentral.com did the gears in my car and did an excellent job.
