Moser 9" backing plate T bolt

Moser 9" backing plate T bolt Mine are too short and don't go all the way through the nut. I went to Napa to get some bolts that were a little longer and they only had grade 5. Would you use grade 5 bolts on these or where have you guys gotten them?

I've always used the Moser ones with a dab of loctite. I have had longer ones run into the 4 chanel rings on a traction control assembly.
