Default 2014 Camaro 2SS automatic with LS3?

I have a 2014 Camaro 2SS with only 9000 mi. On it. The vin number says the motor is a L99 but it is clearly an LS3. But Chevy didn't offer the LS3 in an automatic. does this mean that someone before me modified it? What does that do to the value?

If it's an LS3 there would be the number 0821 on both heads.
The drivers side it's on the rear side of the head.
On the pass head it on the front side.

I bought a GM LS3 Connect and Cruise package with a 4L65E tranny.
