'10 camaro options...What can i NOT get
Ive been thinking about purchasing a new camaro. My question is if I wanted to buy a new one what can i get them to leave off?...I rather have a stripped down kinda car with manual windows and locks, manual seats,no leather seats just cloth seats, dont want the big 22" wheels, just base model wheels, hell maybe even leave the expensive stereo system out.The only option I want is the ls3 engine and a 6 speed manual
Used to you could get a stripped down car with the biggest engine they had without all the extras....just wondering if thats still possible.

The 1SS is pretty much what you explained. It does come with stock 20's to clear the brembo's and has power windows and locks. You'd be hard pressed to find a car with manual windows these days. But no big stereo, cloth seats and pretty basic with an LS3 and 6 speed. Your looking at about $30,995. There aren't many extra's that aren't necessary.

thats what im looking for pretty much...im not a big fan of power windows, lock, seats and all that stuff.to me that stuff is just something to add wieght and be more likely to stop working and have to fix in the future.i figured manual windows, locks, ect would be hard to get.

Yeah, Chevy made a big deal about how much work went into designing very slim window gear to go with the narrow doors to make the back of the car flare out, I think they call it the coke bottle effect.

Yep the 1SS is the cheapest you're going to get.
Leave off the sunroof, polished wheels, stripes pkg, ground effects (which are fugly as hell), and inferno orange int options.
I remember seeing some NEW 1SS's around the DFW area for dirt cheap when I was looking for mine. Ended up going w/ a 2SS/RS tho.
