I was looking at the same exhaust from MBRP before I got my headers. I decided to get the headers first. I got them from Marylandspeed, Kooks w/ silver ceramic coating and high flow cats for $1300 shipped. I left the stock exaust on and believe it or not it sounds pretty good. It's kind of quite at idle but when you get on it it's really loud. So if you don't want to spend all the money at once like me, you could do that. When they did my tune it pulled 421 HP and 419 TQ at the wheels. I also have the Rotofab cai. and its a LS3.

$600 for a set of coated pacesetters & catless connecting pipes, stock mid pipes & magnaflow catback. Nice & cheap & makes the power.

After hearing Stainless Works headers and cat-back on a 2010 there is no other option.
