Default KB Supercharger--Eaton? Whipple?
Does KB make their own blower? I have heard Eaton and Whipple made most of the blowers, and companies like Magna made the packages (cold air, tubes, mounting, etc.)

Magnacharger has 2 kits out (1900 and 2300 TVS kits). KB just released their kit (2.9L and 3.6L). Whipple is still working on theirs.

There are others available but those are the primary ones.

I believe KB and whipple make their own, edelbrock and magna are eaton blowers.

That's right that KB and Whipple make their own. Unsure what Edelbrock uses however.
