Guys, please, help me understand.

I want to put this combination because it's what I have avaiable now.

Is a good combination?
L99 stock is good to boost as LS3?

I'm using MegaSquirt to control the engine.... any tip?

what kind of problems I could have?

I read about the VVT and AFM. If I let all this stuff and boost with my T56, will running good?

With the L99 you will want to convert it over to a ls3 conversion. If you piece it together you can get it cheaper than buying a kit. Then you can boost the **** out of it. I think you could run it stock with the vvt off a ms3 pro, or gold box with out the extra 1000 of the conversion.
