Ededbrock SC on an auto Camaro I was reading the Edelbrock site and had a question. It appears that their SC will boost a 6 speed manual from 430HP to near 600HP but on the auto it boosts it from 400 to 421? Why such the huge discrepancy?

I’m running an e-force on an auto (4L80E). I bought the car with it on and never ran it with it off so I don’t have a baseline to give you, but prior to the transmission swap, prior to meth, and with the next to smallest pulley (15lbs.), I made 636 rwhp on a 409 LSX. I’d guess that’s more than 20hp boost.
That said, the only reason I kept it was because I didn’t want to buy a transmission. Since I burned it up anyway, and replaced it with a Jakes Performance stage 5, as well as swapped the drive shaft and rear end, I’m ready for more power on that forged LSX. But I’d say for what it is, it did fine.
