whats the stock 5th gen fuel pump good for?

trying to find a basic answer, but search is coming up with no answers.

buddy has a 2014 5th gen 6spd car, basic bolt ons, intake, longtubes etc etc. hes got a nirous outlet plate kit on it with a progressive controller been spraying a 100hp on it.

whats the stock pump good for? is he safe going to 150?

whats a basic upgrade? walbro450? zl1?

hes not looking to spray some crazy amount on it, so no need for a full stand alone fuel system just looking to go up to 200 possibly

Stock SS pump will do like 550whp, 600 ish with a BAP.

ZL1 pump basically adds about 100hp to those numbers.
