Sounds like he has straight cut gears, or the Vette tranny's are louder than I remember.

Did anyone see a Camaro in that video? That 'vette was ridiculous! j/k! That was a nice run in Camaro as well. I sure don't know if I would want all that tranny noise in my 'vette just to run 10's though.

Does anyone know any more about the vette tranny? I went to the website of the company and it didn't say much.

Well I'd imagine that is really a single purpose transmission, I'm sure he doesn't mind the extra noise to make very consistant runs like that.

Ok never mind, the tranny is $25k, guess I won't be dreaming about that any time soon. Still very cool though.

Very cool but not really for me. I may be mistaken but didn't Ranger run a 10.8 at 127 in his bone stock Z06? I'm sure there was a huge difference in DA but still...

That's a full-blown sequential race transmission adapted into a street car, hence the $25K price.
