Did some investigating, seems I had some tuning issues...
Back to the track with same verter, gonna tune AT THE TRACK THIS TIME

JS I run a 3600 stall, what was your 60ft. I do not think my convertor is very efficiant because I am losing 34 hp throughout the rpm range, not to mention we still cant lock it up with HP tuners...when you heading to the track, maybe ill come down.
