Hit MIR today in the stock 1ss
Worked today on launching the car. Got it worked down to a 2.03 60' and missed 2nd BLAH! Then got a 2.042 60. 2.065 60
8.53 1/8. 8.52 1/8
86.55 mph. 86.66 mph
13.021. 13.023
110.81.mph 110.63 mph
Track wasn't great at the line but I could no lift shift the rest of the way. DA was great but had a 10-20 mph cross wind. I ran equal times at Dixon in 600 DA today was -400. I honestly don't know what else to do to get that 12.588 best time reported. I've worked this freaking thing every way I know how. I'll give it one more go than I'm whacking these cans off the back and let it breathe. I also got a new best of 111.01 MPH today on a 13.10 pass.

You should have 12s, your mph is great. On these stock tires the track prep is everything. My car goes 12s all day with good prep, but on a slick track I have spent a hole day running 13.0s cuz you just can't keep the revs up out the hole with allot of spin. I bet you have 12.6 with that mph, one thing I figured out.. Even if you run a 2.0 60ft if you don't have the revs up enough your 1/8th mile will not he there for the good et. Try a 4000 quick slip on a sticky track, and your mid 12 pass will be there.

Thanks sweet c5. I was only .2 off of the modded m6 cars. So I guess I was getting all I could out of her. Maybe next time the sun will shine.

I was leaving at 32-3400. Guess I wasn't getting the RPMs continuous after the slip maybe. A work in progress haha I was just happy to see some 2.0x 60' times

If you dead set on running good stock times its definitly gonna take some time! These cars have garbage gearing, it seems that as long as you can hold your RPMs up high after the launch they run good. If the RPMs drop to low even with a solid 60, the 1/8 miles speed will be slow and so will the run. Good luck man, I actually launched my car at 5000rpms on a sticky track and I let off the gas a bit, and slipped the clutch out and stuck the car for a 1.9+ and ran 12.7 some how, but my best passes have been between 4-4500 out of the hole with 12.60 ets and 1.9-2.0 60s with only mod being headers and 1chambers. I figure at a fast track in great weather I could have 12.4s but my cam will be in VERY soon!
