When we built and installed our new Bogart wheels on the car pictured above, it was designed to be a direct fit for the 2010 Camaro using brembo large brakes.

The wheels are custom built. They aren't going to be 500.00 per set but you get what you pay for. We are the only folks building 17's to be a direct fit on the new Camaro.

Though the wheels aren't inexpensive and not for everyone due to costs, you WILL save quite a bit on tires as they are much less expensive vs. any other alternatives.

Attached is a real nice closup of that car when we were installing them to verify fitment.

If anyone has any other questions regarding our designs, feel free to let me know.

Big wheel haters of America unite! This is how the wheels on a 2010 Camaro should look. If this one was dropped a bit, it would be perfect.

Dark SS what tire combo are you running with those wheels, and are you happy with them. I just bought a set and have been trying to decide on the tires.

I wonder if Bogart will make an 18" rear drag wheel. There seems to be more of a selection of 28" drag radials for an 18" wheel than there is for a 17".

Well I just discovered M and H makes a 275/50/17 drag radial that's 28" tall. They also make a 325/45/17 but I'm not sure if they will fit. They are also 28" tall, but they are 12.6" wide.

We have no plans to create an 18" wheel. 17's will give better results being a lighter, smaller diameter wheel which creates a better resultant for sidewall height. The typical tire used on the 2010 using our wheels is similar to a person using 28's on a 15" wheel using the old LS1 F-body configuration.

M&H has a very good selection of tires. John from M&H has also relayed to us that 28" front runners are in the works as well. This is great news as it will fill up the front fender well very nice.

A 325 is a pretty wide large tire. I can't validate whether it will fit or not. None of our customers to my knowlege have attempted that size. We may need to move the wheel inward slightly...we can do this but keep in mind the outer dishing will be smaller then.

you could be one of the first or you may want to wait until someone else tries it...most are using 295's as we know those work perfectly fine.

G-townmach No spacers or mods are needed. You bolt and go. It re-uses the stock lugnuts. We place tapered seats in the wheels for ease of using the stock lugnuts. We could offer shank style, but they are not so readily available to end users.

I agree. The 17" wheels look perfect!

Does anyone know whose car that is in the pictures. I would like to know what tire combo he's running.

Any thoughts OrangechevyII, Would you recommend going right to the slicks or go with the drag radials?

That was the first local car that got our very first set of our custom 2010 wheels. Those tires are 295/50 on the rear. The fronts are M&H's skinnies. Shortly, there will be larger diameter front skinny M&H tires available as an option.

I've got a few other shots of it as well. I have a bunch of shots of the car when we installed the wheels...it doesn't have the tires on the car though.

Regarding other tire choices, since everything is so new and we don't have the history yet, I can' t recommend one tire over another. Typically, ET's will be lighter giving better consistency among other benefits.

Same reason why any other drag wheel on the market is not intended for daily usage. These are actually setup very robust...though you'd probably not have any issues with them, I can't tell you to use them as such due to liability.

Daily driving to me means 15k+ miles per year...its your primary vehicle and you do everything with it.

I'd probably also suggest for daily usage to go with larger front wheels. Skinnies aren't the best for turns for obvious reason. I'd suggest our road race wheels if you want the most durable setup that will take just about any type of abuse.

The wheels they are compared to are 305-35-20 Nitto 555r's, the 18's are Toyo Dr's, really like them so far. Sorry for the quality, Iphone pix.

I will end up with the bogarts one day soon.

Can you tell me the full specs on your c6 wheels that you are using? I need this cheap option for the track too. just a thought but have you ever tried those on the front? Are you using the C6 offset or c5 offset? Did you need spacers? I would assume the width is 10.5"?

We ordered Bogarts for a 2010 camaro. We used the M&H 325/45/17's and they fit perfectly.................I have the 275/50/17's on my car with 9.5" wheels and they run a little narrow even on those wheels, so the 325's are a perfect tire for the bogarts

We had the M&H front runners , but it really look bad being a short tire...........we took those off and are now running some michelin tires that are 27" tall. They are deff a heavier tire, but they look and ride a lot better.

Any information on what size the M&H's were ordered for the front? Trying to find them so I can order them.

There is one nice thing, the wheel cutout judging by the looks will probably fit a 29 inch tall tire, probably a 30 inch, which is nice, now someone just has to come up with a 30 inch bias ply tire that will fit on a 17 inch rim so they'll work decent, or someone can find a way to put a small brake caliper on the back so you can run a 15 inch rim again, they'd sell like mad.

Actually, a nice solid axle conversion would be even better, then ya could just throw anything on there for a brake. That would be best.

I'll try and get the exact tire we used..............send me a pm and remind me! I'm really busy and I forget easily..lol

I know the tire was really for a 6" wide wheel, but they don't bulge out or anything...no safety issue.
