Apparently a lot of L99 owners' cars are underperforming due to dealer's putting low octane gas in them initially. A ton of owners are reporting a huge improvement in performance after doing that ECU reset.

Hope GM comes out with a fix for the ECU not relearning for higher octane gas.

You mean there are car dealers that "cheap out" on their customers?!??!! lol

Good read, thank you. The LS3 Camaro does not suffer the same "defect" then?

It sounds like even some LS3 owners have reported some improvement, though it's all butt dyno type reactions and doesn't sound as convincing as the L99 owners who for sure are getting improved performance.
