Default 2011 L99 B/O's does 355/361 seem legit

So after a two car killing garage fire in which my pops lost a 1984 MCSS and a Daily 98 MC, he received his insurance money and yesterday purchased a 41K mile 2011 Red, A6 car with just a few bolt ons.
The original owner had put on Kooks L/Ts with cats and E cut outs
A Borla cat back exhaust which has a great sound.
A Roto Fab cold air kit and it was tuned by West Bend Dyno in Fillmore, Wisconsin
I'll post pics of the car in a bit, but I forgot to get a snap of the dyno sheet.
Question is.....does the 355 hp/361 tq seem about right for those mods and would you suspect that to be open cut outs or not ?????
Car shifts really firm and on stock tires feels like it should be a 12.70-12.80 in the quarter with a reasonable DA. My old man is sixty nine, but I'd imagine he will run it soon here @ Union Grove before they close for the year.
I told him that with drag radials and at least a 3200 converter he could run low twelves but he just doesn't believe me....he's an LS noob....LOL
He hasn't owned a Camaro since 79 when he sold his blue 71 split bumper LT1 car.....

I think those numbers are low but they're just numbers.

Union Grove update from Saturday October the tenth
The "OLD" guy went 1.98/12.95/109.7 on his very first pass with this car
Factory rear tires....leaving off idle....trans in D
He tried a few more times thinking he could manually shift it but ended up with a couple of low thirteens.....I finally told him; "dad, computers are better than we are....let it do it's thing".....

On most dynos I'd expect like 380-390 rwhp, but it's just a number.

We did find out that the E cut out was closed as well as SAE not STD correction....so likely a 375-ish number could have MADE but the car does what it's supposed to do.....not great, not shitty
I had planned to make my old man watch for a pass yesterday, but chose to indulge in Captain and Coke instead....Yummy....
