What's the secret to open loop idle?
 

So I started a thread over on HPtuners forum but got nothing at all. I'm attempting to command open loop at idle only then switch to closed loop while driving. I'm doing it the PE method..setting it to 0% TPS in idle Rpms. Problem is, it won't actually command open loop so the AFRs don't go to what is commanded. If I command open loop via the scanner controls the afr suddenly goes to commanded. An other issue is that after driving for a while it will get stuck in open loop and not go into closed loop anymore. Car is a 2011 Camaro SS LS3 with CAI, LTs, LS9 cam and 3.91s.
