Default Rims on new camaro

Am I the only one that thinks that 22in(rear) 21inch(front) rims are way to big for a muscle car?

Yes, they're only for the concept car lol.

Methinks the production car will have 18s, 19s, and 20s available.

While that may seem too big for this type of vehicle, you have to keep in mind that the wheel openings are larger and thus the size of the wheel/tire is also larger, so having 16s or 17s on it would look very odd because it'd have so much tire sidewall.

4th Gen tire height = 25.6"
Concept tire height = 27.5"

Hell, 15's would be nice so I could actually put on some Radial T/As

I guess I'll just have to settle for Indy 500's for my white lettered tire needs....

Do we know what the gearing on the car is gonna be if the tire diameter is in fact 27.5?? You could have 4.10s in there easy with that tall a tire

sorry for the hijack, yes, they are too big, which is why they wont be on the production car, expect 18's and 19 rears, thats my guess, were gonna have a tough finding tires to fit.....

I'm hoping for 17's on the V6 and base V8's and 18's for the higher performance top dog V8. 20's are getting out of hand and GM please don't offer the Camaro with different size wheels front and back. We won't be able to rotate the tires.

I would like to see the car come with 18's. BTW there is a plethora of tire sizes in 18".
