BCM and backup lights on a 2020 2ss issue!

BCM and backup lights on a 2020 2ss issue! I had a dealership tell me my bcm was bad on my 2020 2ss and that is why I lost my back up lights , this didn't happen until they started doing warranty work on my car and now there's a world of major issues and im not happy with the length of time they have had my car , if this is something that you can help with for some clarity please HELP me

This all started with my rear view camera having a blue screen. Milage is at 0 now and no heat on drivers side and it keeps going . Knowledge would help me on what to do with my issues I can go into them further if someone can help
