I have owned 9 LS1 cars over 11 years. With all the experience I can do mine in 40 minutes taking my time. A tip to you if you didn't know is to remove the passenger side coilpacks to reach all the plugs with ease. When you reinstall the coilpacks put only 2 bolts back in so you don't have to remove all the hard to get to bolts that are tucked under the cowl the next time

This cuts down on a TON of frustration/time. I used 3 bolts tho.

If its got AIR & EGR, I can see where the pass. side could be a PITA. I just removed my plugs when changing valve springs & it wasnt bad at all. Of course I have race headers so no emmisions to work around. Hardest thing was getting #8 spark plug wire off. I never timed it but I would say 45 minutes.

Probably about 30-40 minutes now that I've done it a bunch of times. They're all pretty easy to get to on my car except #8, which I get from the bottom.

30 min to 1 hour. Go to my buddys shop- get 12 pack sit down and drink and let him do it as that is all he does for a living, and have the enjoyment thet it was done right.

Time is money, and I don't have a lot of time. And I get way too mad doing my own work, especially spark plugs with my fat fingers.
