Default Weighed in the t/a today

its an 2000 t/a all power options leather a/c with 1 10"sub and amp with 17" tt2's. only thing i removed was spare tire and jack and back seats but i made a rear seat delete kit that was only 10lbs lighter. i had almost a full tank i filled it up today and only drove 30 miles so it was in between full and the first quarter down and it weighed 3460 i dont know how much gas weighs but im assuming a full tank is atleast 60lbs because i added 13.5 this morning all and all i was very happy

I just had mine weighed too, it weighed 3460. Mine is M6, full options t-tops, with about the same exact mods. No subs though but I have SFCs & tunnel brace mount, had 1/8 tank of gas & I didnt take out the spare or any part of the car.

Do you guys just drive to the local dump or is there a legitimate way to do this?

Many truck stops have cat certified scales, scrap yards have scales although accuracy isnt perfect at the scrap yards.

I have used cat scales in the past, the most recent was a local dairy truck delivery place...just kinda cruised in under the radar late one night

I weigh my cars at work on our truck scales. Deadnut accurate as we pay for our material based on this (state certified trade scale).

Oddly enough, I'm either to busy repairing the paper machine or just plain forget to weigh it when I bring the camaro up to work.

The scale I tried out must be off, I weighed in around 3660 with me in the car (188lbs) and a 1/4 tank of gas. All I have is SFC, Trans Am Seats, exhaust, and the rest is stock....

That sounds about right 3660 minus you 188 plus you have about 50-75 lbs in SFC so that puts your car around 3400 and change sounds spot on to me..
