New engine won't start!
 

I just finished installing my 383 ls1 in my 02 camaro. Filled it with fluids went to start it and nothing. After looking closer I seen that on the drivers side harness where the u2 sensor is there is a big flat ground strap. I pulled on it and it broke out of the harness. So I have two questions

1. Where does it bolt to?

2. Where does it connect to in the harness?
