Anyone make a dominator flange super vic??

Nope not to my knowledge...best bet would be either have the flange cut down and have a moroso 6500 4150-4500 adapter welded on and then blended or the cheaper way would be the wilson 4150-4500 adapter which is the one to use if you just want to toss a adapter on and not have to blend an such.
