Default 5.3 to 5.7

I'm taking my 5.3 up a notch. I need to know if my stock crank will work if the rotating assembly is balanced. I'm going to 3.898 inch bore with speed pro hyperutectic pistons. Not going to use anything LS1 since this will be for my suburban to tow. Just need some definate info on the 5.3 crank wether i can use it and what needs to be done to it. Thanks for any info.

Yes, your stock crank will work fine. You just need either pistons and rods, or just pistons if you get a set designed for your stock rod (proper compression distance).
