I am debating on if I want rebuild the LS1 in my TA or get an LS3???

The reason behind the title is that I have found it dang near cheaper to buy a wrecked Camaro than buying a used LS3 flat out. I just your guys feed back pros and cons before I make TOO BIG of a decision.

If I do rebuild the LS1 I will more than likely boost it..

If you get a used LS3 you have to deal with making a motor with 4x cam and 58x crank sensors work in a car that needs 1x and 24x sensors.

I hear this thrown around here and there on this sight and am unsure what it means..

Will I still have to switch that even if I use the harness on the motor is it better to use the one for the LS1??
